Was there a global pandemic that left 40 million Americans unemployed and the economy the worst its ever been on record when they paid off their loans?

Yeah society shouldn't get better because I got fukked over in the past:stopitslime:

We also should keep weed illegal too because nikkas went to jail over that shyt. Some nikkas died in jail from weed charges and it wouldnt sit be right for people to smoke freely as others had their life taken away.

Hell put slavery back as it's not fair to be free when others were slaves their whole life.:hhh:

You see how stupid that logic is:francis:

I get all that about people being jobless and cant payback their loans. They should at least give some sort of tax back for the people that were able to pay off the debt in the last 10 years. Iono just thinking on both sides. shyt I hope a loan forgiveness would happen I am still paying on mine lol.

I just paid off my loans this year and would accept something like this for everyone else in a heartbeat. I know some nikkas would be salty but the economic benefits would be so crazy that their anger wouldn't matter. I agree for a tax break for those who have recently paid off their loans (maybe last 5 years or something), but it wouldn't be a priority for me.

you are being selfish, just because you said not being selfish doesn't change that.

I mean but it’s not a perk for me. If we are looking at it as a perk. That doesn’t mean I’m not supportive.

So people werent asking for loan forgiveness prior to this pandemic? When unemployment was at record lows?

I understand that its hard out there for some people, but lets not pretend that anyone is justified to simply renege on their obligations.

What about the people who died before we got voting rights? I mean shyt, sometimes you just are not on the right side of time.

I was referring to people that had recently had pay of their loans like the past 5 years. They should get a bone thrown back at them at least.

I apologize to all my Coli breh’s and people in the world when I mentioned over the years asking how can you end up with insane amounts of student debt. I now realize that they don’t give a fukk about graduate students and don’t offer grants so you end up settling with unsubsidized loans.

I got hit with the :picard: when I opened my award notification letter.
