Manning's a grimy dude. He could have sat the last few weeks of the season: @Chargers @Bengals Raiders and been much healthier to start the playoffs. Might they have missed the bye? Sure, but getting 3 weeks off would have been a lot better
Can't pad them stats on the bench breh

Schefter says he has a torn "Rectus femoris" ( folks will have fun with that one) which runs down the center of the thigh and bruising spread to the back of his leg.

Not quite a torn quad, but I'm sure people will run with it like it was

Brady don't hurt his team for the sake of his stats. He sacrifices salary by clogging $19 Million of cap space by Playing for less than what he's worth so his teammates can get money as well, he's the winningest QB in Playoffs of all time and broke Montana's Record for more TDs in the playoffs oh by the way he's been to 5 possibly 6 Super Bowls and he's a 3 Super Bowl Champ. Manning on the other hand...

Lol at the Official NFL account Bringing that up :russ:

Thanks ....Say No more....

Makes Rodgers look bad imo, dude got carted off of the field on some Paul Pierce/Dwayne Wade shyt milking the injury like a Drama queen.

No if anything it makes Rodgers look smart. He rested when he was injured and came back healthy enough to carve up the Cowboys. Meanwhile Peyton never rested the injury because he's stubborn and a control freak, and played like shyt in the playoffs.

But either way this shyt is just an excuse, Peyton's arm is done.

I had to look up if there was a follow up to this, sure enough:

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/1...eo-reacting-peyton-manning-going-back-blowout

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- There is a football adage that the eye in the sky never lies, that what's caught on video is the bottom line.

And Denver Broncos backup quarterback Brock Osweiler was certainly caught on video Sunday.

As quarterback Peyton Manning jogged onto the field with the Broncos set to begin a drive with 40 seconds remaining in the third quarter and Denver holding a 41-10 lead over the Oakland Raiders, Osweiler is seen in the background on the video going to get his helmet as if he has been told he is going in.

Osweiler turns, sees Manning running out to the huddle and shakes his head, wearing a look of frustration and waving his left hand. Osweiler had been warming up with Zac Dysert, a quarterback on the Broncos' practice squad, in the bench area almost as soon as the Broncos had taken a 34-10 lead earlier in the third quarter.

Osweiler said Monday it was pretty clear that most everyone inside the Broncos complex had seen the video clip.

"It's a good laugh now," bemused Osweiler "Coach Fox had told me to 'strap it up' so I warmed up when we didn't have the ball. All my teammates were excited for me and I even flew my grand dad to the game. He's never seen me play and he was the one who first taught me football."

As it turns, it would have been the only and last time Grandpa Kent would have seen Brock. Sadly, he passed the next day.

Asked if his teammates were aware, Osweiler said: "Oh yeah, I think everyone was aware."

Fox was asked at Monday's conference with the media and he did relay that Peyton felt badly and bought Brock Papa Johns pizza for lunch.

It was confirmed that it was Pepperoni.

:mindblown:

And the only one of those you could realistically pin on him was 2002. Go look up their other losses. Defense giving up 200+ rushing yards to llamar smith, mike v missing the game tying field goal worse than any kick I've ever seen, the defense letting billy fukking volek lead the game winning drive and the wr's dropping the 4th down pass the ensuing drive, letting the Chargers score a td the first overtime possession, taking a lead against the jets with 50 seconds left only to see the defense give the lead right back, champ bailey giving up 2 huge td passes and rahim Moore blowing the coverage on jacoby jones. I don't see where those are on him. Let's not let logic get in the way of the argument though.
Exactly but people hang those two SB losses on Brady, though. So, :yeshrug:
