If this society was based on meritocracy and not racism, Pharrell wouldn’t sound so fukking stupid. It’s like these guys become so detached from reality, they think that they’re immune from White supremacy.

Sad, because I got every N*E*R*D album since 2002. I didn’t know Pharell was this mentally stunted. Those Smokey the bear hats must’ve brainwashed him.

He does sound very ignorant but it's largely because he hasn't experienced institutional barriers preventing him from success. Pharrell has never worked in a corporate environment and his skillset is unique and embraced by the power structure because they could generate 100x off of his creations. On the surface sports and entertainment are the most meritocratic fields since they're heavily talent driven.

This is how the White power structure works wherever there are White people, even in non White countries.

They hire White high schoolers for management posts, and just show them the ropes. You can even have a White understudy, who will soon be your manage and out earn you. This is how they do, so Black people should also learn to be selfish, and play dirty. this is a dirty game and we want to be clean when everyone else is crooked and looking out for theirs.

Whites create opportunities for other Whites.
