Did you not think Doggystyle was a good/great album? If you did then it isn't out of the realms of possibility he could recapture that. He's done some dope shyt after too.
If he got Dre on the boards and whoever he needed as features he could create something ill I think.
Am thinking what would interest me from a Snoop album. Dre production and collabs definitely, some Dogg Pound ones, another Slick Rick one would be dope. Maybe something with DJ Quick could work, another N.W.A song with Snoop taking Eazy's role Maybe a Lyrical Gangbang part 2, even thought that was Dre's song. Snoop's such a big star really he could get nearly anyone to work on his shyt. His problem is sometimes he throws too much shyt together, sounds quick and rushed and not a focus on quality. If there was a strong filter I think he could do it... Doggystyle 2? It worked with Raekwon's career.

But that shows he DOES have it in him. I'm not expecting it but it's not impossible. I liked songs he's done since then like Imagine, Lay Low, Kush, Pimp Slap'd, Eyez Closed, Sexual Healing, bytch Please, Gangster Walk and some other shyt. But I'm not excited by his work anymore as it's too hit and miss. A lot of people felt similar about Raekwon though, that his other albums weren't as dope as OB4CL but with part 2 he came back strong, and revived his career in the process. Snoop could potentially do that too. Yeah I haven't really been feeling Snoop for a while but I do think he's got the ability.
Production wise i say 5 MICS
Lyrical Wise i say 3 MICS.. i say that off the fact snoop said years back when he was younger and between the years of 92 and 97 if someone said he sucks or lame he would take that challenge and would eat a nikka alive but now he's content on just making all type of music.
But i'll wait and see if snoop can re gain the mojo..

As much as this is just shyt talking, Snoop could actually still drop some fly shyt ... Not saying it's likely, but it's def possible

nikkas must've forgotten how good Blue Carpet Treatment was and that was on just above average production. Snoop hasn't been falling off, his production has. If Pharrell's producing most of this next one the shyt could be another classic
