word! i hate a song that has fukking talking, then a long ass intro, then some build up that takes to the 1-minute mark for the song to finally build. works for very few...The Dream did it well on his song "Fancy"
Do people really care about this shyt?The Neptunes make great instrumentals , who gives a fukk if they all start the same if it just lasts like 3 seconds anyway?
Nobody is saying it's a bad thing. Just an observation. And actually most producers will tell you the first few seconds of a song are extremely important because the average listener will turn it off if you don't capture their attention immediately.

It's not really a conscious thing you give much thought to when listening to the tracks. When I hear a new Pharrell track, I'm not sitting there thinking "There goes zany Pharrell again with the same 4 beat intro."
