All this passive aggressive weird mind fukk shyt he's been doing for the past is finally coming back around to bite him in his ass.

He's been proven unable to win without all time great players MJ and Kobe and has been an absolute failure in NY with the Knicks.

Now this whole debacle this year with Melo and D Rose is a complete embarrassment :mindblown:

I think he might be starting to show early signs of dementia/Alzheimer's because some of the shyt he's been saying and doing is simply :dwillhuh:

He's slowly starting to erase his great legacy by continuing to be a pariah in NY in the front office. The zen master needs to go sit his old ass down and smoke a bowl in Montana :camby:

No he's not. How do you remember Isiah Thomas? As a great PG or a failed GM of the knicks?
We remember people for what they are great for unless their negative far outweighs their early on success. (Oj Simpson)

Yall and parroting this legacy bullshyt that ESPN started is really annoying.

Isiah Thomas is remembered as a failed GM, a failed head college coach, a pervert who sexually harassed females on the job and was running trains on bytches with players (if my memory serves me correct) :sas1:

I don't get my talking points from ESPN

New Yorkers hate Zeke so much, when Isaiah Thomas came up with the Kings, every time he scored they boo'd him whenever the PA announcer said his name.

What coach in the NBA has won without all-time great players? :dwillhuh:

I know someone will pull some exception out there ass so I'll say, what coach has won 11 titles without all-time great players?

If they were winning then the "passive aggressive weird mind fukk" shyt would be called Zen :mjpls:. He, like Riley, is out of touch with today's player and the current dynamics of the league and rather than acknowledging this and changing with the times they both doubled down on their outdated practices and not so coincidentally both teams are in the East basement. That said they will both be remembered for the glory days. I remember the first person that folks started this " ruin your legacy" bullshyt with, Mike. And his legend is even stronger today than it was in 2001.

Phil inherited a terrible situation one. We'll never know who had the final yes on the Melo contract which is the biggest albatross in sports.

Not Phils fault they didn't have a pick last year(would have been 7th if not for the Melo trade or 8th if it weren't for Bargs ugh)

The rose and Noah moves just never jived with the initial moves he made. It's tough to tell what the hell goes on at MSG but it's consistently puzzling.

Exactly. Most title teams have multiple HOF caliber players

Only exceptions would be Billups/Sheed Pistons and maybe that Mavs squad
