I'm glad he is being honest. Had he said this at E3 I would have bought a ps4 last week. If it was all about the game it would be much closer. If the best we can do is get rid of the kinect stuff there is almost no reason for me to get an xbox.

Titanfall didn't get the job done. I got a feeling this price drop won't either. The stigma of the XB1 being a weaker console is established. The only time I see a spike occuring is when the Halo collection drops. Other than that, I don't see it happening. Geting slaughtered in sales everywhere.

shyt, Xb1 and Wii U sales combined were less than PS4 sales in May according to the latest NPD numbers yesterday.

error in thinking gamers are loyal cause we played those games on 360. most folks play multiplats and get the system that is the best in terms of price performance.

i was a ps2 gamer in 2002 but moved to xbox in 06 cause it came out earlier and was cheaper plus the difference in horsepower was not vast. this gen i shifted back to ps4 cause it came out first, was cheaper, and actually had better performance for the buck.

gamers ain't loyal. gimme the best system for the buck. if microsoft comes back hard next gen, i'll buy it.

if they come out in 2019 with the more powerful console at a cheaper price, i'll buy it. i'm not into brand loyalty or punishing people after the fact for their mistakes. microsoft was punished this gen for their vision cause everyone went out and brought a ps4. hopefully they learn their lesson.

its alot better for gamers if next gen, rather than half-assing on graphical horsepower and putting gimmicks into the systems, both Microsoft and Sony are trying to build the best and most powerful gaming console for the cheapest price. we as consumers win if they do that.
