The biggest thing they did was provide a good online service but at the same time you could play for free online every where else at the time. Eventually Sony and Nintendo followed suit.

Yet the series x can’t run their flagship exclusive that just came out at 60 fps. The service that is slowly killing the gaming industry and yet the controller that has been copy and paste for the last 10 - 15 years. Stop the cap the controllers aren’t even on dual sense level yet.
