I got my own theory that murder rates only went down due to advancements in medical technology but once these nikkas got they hands on all these Dracos n gloccs with a switch even the best doctors can't keep people alive after getting hit with that shyt

Chicago had 1 million plus black residents during the crack era.. Now people here champion the murder rate has gone down since then, but they fail to mention the black population went down to 750k though..
