Time for a cultural shift

Even if people are attracted to street imagery, life etc. There has to be better people to look up to. You don't hear street figures rise to mythical levels anymore. Like i said i have no problem with it. No reason to wearing a ski mask this time of year.
My only questions were, 1) why is illegal to inact mask mandates to save lives when its pandemic related, but perfectly legal to enact a mask mandate to save lives when its black people related?
and 2) how is this going to actually stop a person who wants to kill people from still putting a mask on and killing people anyway? they already broke the law against murder, you think they worried about the law against masks.?

seems pointless, all it means is someone will walk up to a shooter and ask him to remove his mask before he refuses to and starts opening fire. if the law against murder doesn't stop them from murdering, i don't think a dress code will either.
