I know. I lived there breh. I've been all up and through there. I know 99% of yall dimes are Howard University girls and girls that live in Maryland and Virginia burbs. The actual DC chicks are nothing to write home about at all. When I say Philly girls stack up against DC girls equally, I'm not including Philly college chicks and I'm not including bytches from the PA burbs, NJ burbs and Delaware burbs. I'm talking about the average native black chick from South/North/West Philly vs. the average native black chick from Northeast/Southeast D.C. I don't care what none of these nikkas on here say. I've seen the real DC broads and they AINT better looking
I get you but, imo, DC is more transient/attracts more people. People come there for school, to build their careers or to work for a particular campaign/organization and then bounce afterwards. You're way more likely to find homegrown chicks in Philly.
DC used to have bad local bytches like 10 years ago. But regular young black natives with regular ass jobs got gentrified out of the district. All of the places where they worked and partied at closed. Love nightclub used to be packed with bad local DC bytches. Up Against the Wall in Georgetown had bad local DC bytches working there and always in there in the mid 2000's. Even ghetto ass Platinum had bad local DC bytches there back in the 2000's. All the new hoes in DC moved there for government jobs or nonprofit gigs or working a broke ass internship or Howard University students.
And MoCo and NoVa really not that impressive with women. There's something I call MoCo thick which ain't really thick at all.
It's like asses and titties ain't allowed be past a certain thickness in white suburbia. 
MoCo is mostly skinny preppy wannabe country spoiled white bytches, box shaped Salvadoran women with ten kids, whitewashed black women with flat asses etc. Of course you can find exceptions. Ethiopian women in Silver Spring though. 
PG got bad women, but they tend to be super bougie or super ghetto (no in between at all) and have unrealistically high standards just like every other broad in the DMV. 
The bougieness of DC women and DMV people in general is 
. The DMV can't hold a candle to NYC in terms of women though.

I'll be the first to admit that my city has tons of issues. The leadership here is pretty scarce. All they do is introduce taxes and mishandle that shyt on the regular. That's why there's such an issue with trash, long waits for snow plows, and all sorts of other issues. A lot of good businesses went down the drain because of the decision making here, too. When the people see that the city doesn't give a damn about cleaning up the neighborhood, they stop caring and leave it as is. fukked up, but that's how it is.
Having said that, it's home and I'll always love my city. What I won't do is sit up here and pretend like Philly is the best city ever. It's not. The city has tons of room for improvement in many areas.
