blacks left, then Dominicans came in. anyone who lived in NYC at that time will tell you how shytty it was. blacks left and Dominicans took their place they don't have the income nor institutions to make blacks do anything. it actually says a lot about people who think because an area has less black people then it used to, that it automatically means blacks were "pushed out"

Uptown and northeast got the most diversity but it aint really nothing to go crazy over.

Nightlife is mainly Jersey or Delaware hoes unless you going to local/hood bars. I have years of frustration to prove it.

I mention North/West Philly because those are where the majority of the dusty hoes are. You can't go seek out the ugliest bytches in the city and claim that every bytch in the city is ugly, that's biased. Even then, there are some bad hood bytches in Philly, that's something that visitors probably wont come across.

South Philly has asians, blacks and whites. Northeast is primarily whites. Uptown has a nice variety. Nightlife can be hoes from literally anywhere on any given night.

Of course you gonna see more bad bytches in NY lol that's the biggest damn city in the country all I'm saying is that there are more pretty bytches in this city than nikkas are giving credit for, and that's because it seems like nikkas only been to the dustiest parts of the city and judge based off of that.
