This stuff ain't really on point because a few are easily explainable but too many on here always get caught by the coli talking points. For one they're gentrifying everywhere damn near in this city even the raggedy white parts that's close to downtown. Number 2 I need proof of that going on regarding paying folks. I'm not saying it can't happen but also sounds like bs that dudes just let slide with no proof. The long winded transit part is eh. It ain't like you can't get to downtown you literally just have to switch from the trolley to the El which is right at 40th st. Don't let dudes manipulate you with the coli buzzwords just because you're not here. I also don't know about that west Philly is to black people what harlem is bs. Ask folks from North or south is that true.
It is a lot of people from NY here and I know people that commute up there but that train ride isn't no 45 minutes most of the time. I also know cats that take the megabus up there but it is a lot of cats here.
