The fact that, with all the witnesses and evidence, he still gets charged and had to go thru the system; where if the shooter was yt, a lengthy investigation would at least take place first before he would have even been charged. Police can unload a clip and not get charged, but a civilian can't do the same having the same fear???? Racism still exists.
