Philbin seems like the worst NFL coach personality wise

Do y'all really think an organization that has a GM responsible for hiring key personnel and ask perspective players if their mothers were prostitutes is a competent organization capable of hiring the right people?

my point is he is probably no diffeent than many other coaches, except you get to see him on tv every week
