Cigarettes and Heroin are very similar in that you never "quit"..You "stop"..It's always in you to relapse. From someone who used to smoke and hadn't smoked going on 6 years and my life is so far removed from that environment, it doesn't mean I'll never not smoke again. I still have in the back of mind, that I've done it before, felt good and survived so this time won't be any different. So him being clean for 22 years just goes to show what addiction is. It's a lifelong battle. It could have been something like being in an old dive bar where he used to get high kicking up nostalgic feelings, triggering a relapse to a death in the family.

RIP Not sure if it's related to heroin but I know people catch the devil getting off that stuff. And it catches up to you sooner or later if you don't quit it. Guy was great in Capote if you haven't watched it check it out.

Edit : He was found with a syringe in his arm and a packet of what is believed to be heroin near his body...so looks like it is the big H.

I know everything I said was on point. Like the stoner you are, you thought I was attacking marijuana by stating the obvious that some suffer from psychological dependency. Of course marijuana effects the body long term differently than alcohol, heroin or tobacco. They are different drugs.

I didn't think you were attacking marijuana. It's just an important distinction to make. Relapsing on weed isn't going to leave you dead in your hotel room or riddled with cancer. You can be psychologically dependent on anything.

these kinda cats are never fully clean and probably have people watching them constantly so that they don't fukk up and do drugs/drink, which fukks up their Hollywood money. But even a dude like Downey, who is supposedly "clean," something always looks "off" about him as if he did so much drugs that he had to be some how rebuilt with a combination of rehab, makeup artists, surgery and whatever funeral parlors use to make a dead body look presentable for a funeral.
