In my county, normal civilians are perfectly capable of driving to the dump and just taking their trash there. Unless the landfill itself is shut down, there really is no excuse for just throwing it on the ground.

TBF its Tuesday to Philly brehs .One thing I don't miss about the 215 is the large amount of trash throughout the city. You will see trash and shyt turning into tumbleweeds. Potato chip bags scattering like autumn leaves .

With what vehicle? Are you assuming everyone has a truck or can afford to rent a truck? Also, are you ignoring that people are paying taxes for these services that are not being met? Seriously, are you trying to blame this issue on the citizens, instead of the disagreeing parties involved?
