The DC dude who posted that is a clown. He concedes that DC is not a top tier city, but just happy to say that Philly is lower on the scale. He should get a t shirt that says "We're # 4"

DC isn't even # 4 among cities in the Northeast Corridor, much less the country.

Only claim to fame is that it's the capital.....but Philly was through with that before DC knew what to do with that.
