Right. These guys watch and discuss wrestling as much as the fans the make fun of, but automatically think they aren't like them because they aren't as nerdy and have had a girlfriend before.

There's a huge difference between having fun discussing something you like, and having it consume your life to the point to where you actually have hate in your heart. I talk about wrestling the same way I talk about something like Empire on here.

If some dude was like I'm going to go throw batteries at Lee Daniels' car because Lucious Lyon beat down Cookie on the show I would disassociate myself from that too, because that's freaking crazy. That's the same thing these "fans" are doing.

It's only entertainment at the end of the day, once it stops being fun and starts negatively impacting your life just turn it off.

My thing with this, is that it's gonna set a bullshyt trend for the Rumble if the crowds keep doin' this shyt. Boo the elimination and keep it movin'.

So if Bryan doesn't win it next year, same shyt?

In 3 years, when the new favorite is Finn Balor or Sami Zayn, and then Balor or Zayn get eliminated, same shyt?

I mean hell, the guys everybody likes been gettin' eliminated, didn't mean the crowd just decided they were gonna boo the shyt out of everything for the duration of the whole thing. Benoit's been eliminated, RVD's been eliminated, Jeff Hardy's been eliminated, Punk's been eliminated... only these last two years has the responses just gotten ridiculous. If it was like this way back, crowd woulda shytted on the '90 Rumble for Warrior, '91 Rumble for Bret, '92 Rumble for Savage, all types of shyt...

Dont get me wrong, I wanted Bryan to win it too... mostly cause I feel like Bryan/Lesnar is the best main event they can do this year and it should happen like that. But that shyt tonight was corny. Last year, understandable... this year, maaan get over that shyt.

Most of "these fans" dont usually let it affect their real life. This whole blocking cars thing is more indicative of Philly, than anything else. Plus, you can't really compare WWE with a network or cable TV drama. It's not exactly the same thing.

It's not that he didn't win. Daniel Bryan was the only legit main eventer in the whole damn match, he got the elimination of a jobber. That's the problem.

If he got eliminated at all, they'd have acted the same way... let's keep that shyt real.

True but it wouldn't have been as bad if he lasted longer and actually seemed to have a chance.

Reigns winning multiplied it by 10. Had ziggler or ambrose won they woulda got over it quick and cheer for em.

Nope. Fans will react positively if they are given SOMETHING worth cheering or investing for. These past two years they've been given 2 winners they never really claimed for nor wanted and absolutely nothing else to look forward to.

If you are not gonna give the fan favorite the Rumble, then come up with ways were the winner will get cheered or that the elimination wont take away from the match.

Dolph or Ambrose win tonight and the crowd doesn't bytch like tonight.

Have Brock/Heyman eliminate Bryan and the crowd doesn't bytch like that.

Believe Kane and Big Show can overcome fukking every fan favorite over and give the rub to someone no one is clamoring for to win and the crowd will bytch.

Instead of worrying about crowds bytching and complaining because of shytty booking. Let's worry about the shytty booking first.

If something is well thought out, makes sense and people come out looking good and people STILL ruin a show because a favorite didn't win, THEN I'd agree with you.

So Bryan lasting long in the Rumble and then getting so close to winning but getting eliminated wouldn't have been complained about just as much?

You realize we talkin' about Daniel Bryan right? Anything that doesn't involve him winning gets shytted on :mjlol:

Nah seriously tho'... that Kane/Big Show shyt coulda worked out better in the middle of the Rumble, not the end. That coulda been a good way for Reigns to enter the match, by being the one to take them out. Having it at the end was blah.

But one way or the other, Reigns winning (which I'm not crazy about) was gonna get booed to shyt no matter what. That Rock co-sign is only gonna do but so much for him. Rock ain't gonna be out there to talk for him every week, so... :manny:

"It's Ryback's time to win the Rumble! Ryback eliminates all 29 vanilla midgets and goes on to Mania to face the 24 time champion, John Cena! What do you think, Kevin?"

It's all entertainment, if you let something that's supposed to be fun get you so worked up you have issues. I absolutely hate Daniel Bryan, so I didn't watch the show when he was champ. To this day I've never watched last year's Mania, because I know I wouldn't like the show. It's not serious enough for me to get agitated in my real life over a wrestling show. It's only entertainment.
