There are parts of this story that I just don't believe.

Yes I believe she was raped and I am glad he was caught.

But at 11 pm, I don't think there so many people on the train to stop it.

I just don't believe people held up phones.

This story seems very sensationalized.

IT is an election year FYI.

It is interesting how this story is not getting as much attention.

I posted the link somewhere in the thread.
She said she had some beers after work, she gets on at 9:15, he gets on shortly after, sits next to her starts and starts chatting her up, probably notices she's not fully there. She blacks out at some point and the rape starts at around 9:52 and ends around 10pm. She remembered when he got on and nothing much after that.

What we don't know is how many people were in the same car the entire time or came in at later stops and had no idea how it started?

This clarifies some things for me.

So there was no screaming or fighting, she was passed out. Any witnesses after seeing them sitting together might have thought it was consensual, or they were familiar.

Can Someone straighten me out on this...
Who reported the rape....who witnessed the rape?
The story is saying there was people on the train. Did one of them report a rape?

Exactly, 11 pm most train carts are scantily populated, and depending on on the part off the journey there at, there's barely anyone on the train that time off the day.

Something is very missing in this story. As public transportation rider. I always prefer to catch the bus at night. Lot off shiit can happen on train late at night with no witness in sight.
