At the end of the day he's more respected in his own hood/city, has more money and basically put Mozzy on his feet in the rap game. Alot of people in his own hood dont have high regard for him. I have seen him once and he honestly is a very arrogant character IMO. I worked in the murders for nearly a year before i got shot and interacted with alot of his mutuals and it just seems like alot of people just really dont like him. I dont know the guy but nothing i ever hear seems to be "MAN I REALLY LOVE PHILTHY" nobody says that ever
Note that I am not saying hes not a real dude who real clout street wise but as a person alot of people just dont fukk with him

Lav can't push a button to just get anybody to come at Mozzy because 30s got alot of fonk too. The P got a lot of rivals. People in Sac know, and this is real. Alot of people hate Oak Park because Oak Park has pushed up on many hoods throughout the years. It's easy to say "fukk Oak Park" and ally with other hoods who say the same, because Oak Park has probably touched your hood at some point or other....
Most dudes in Sacramento don't want to admit that, but everybody knows it. Hood for hood, you can count on one hand the gangs who have the heads or the shooters to fight Oak Park by themselves...
There is alot of hoods that will slide for The P if cats wanted to push that type of issue. That's why nobody can say Mozzy can't come to Sac...
Lav is more respected but as I mentioned before, it ain't like everybody in Sac rock with him, either. 30s got plenty of enemies, but just like The P cats know 30 Boys bring the noise too...
