Bledsoe really isn't that good. He's the embodiment of empty numbers. Dude is very athletic but he's not a PG or a basketball player. He's not smart with the ball.

Plus he is not a good shooter. I'm a Suns fan I would rather keep Dragic. If I was the GM I would trade IT and Plumlee for Enes Kanter. Then Bledsoe would be moved for a true SG or SF.

Since he's been with the Suns google there record when he's playing and when he's not Bledoe is far from an empty stats guy. I wouldn't have given him a max deal but lets not pretend like Bledsoe is a bum. Bledsoe isn't the problems he's part of the solution they just need to move Dragic and get some value in return and continue to bring Thomas off the bench. Dragic wants a max deal and the Suns can't tie up nearly 40 mill a year in 3 PG's.

For Phoenix he is the best guard, he defends and he puts up numbers, had he not got hurt last year Phoenix was for sure in the playoffs, like I said you can possibly make a case that Goran is better, but no way is IT better than EB

Yall forget the one and only reason the Suns did not make the playoffs, was because Bledsoe got hurt?

Yeah but I'm not a fan of having 2/3 of cap space tied to two guards. Especially since the Suns don't have a solid 4 or 5 yet.

This is the biggest problem. He believes he is a starter. He won't accept a 6th man role.

Uncertain grounds
Suns probably wont get the value they want for any of those 3 if shopped.

Dragic: Unhappy, free-agent to be with pretty big money, wants a big market team. Most competitive teams dont have a hole at PG with Houston being the exception..but I dont think they have the assets to make something happen..nor is it clear to me that Dragic even wants to go back there. If Houston had re-signed Parsons they probably could have flipped him for Dragic. If hes not traded hes likely to go to NYK, BOS or LAL...maybe Sac-Town, Milwaukee or even Utah as outside shots if they offer money and he's intrigued in an up and coming team and is willing to over-look the big market teams.. He doesn't care if a team is bad because he is confident he can make a team a contender. I think he's stated that before.

Bledsoe: Wasnt much of a market for him in free agency last year in terms of what he wanted in money. Not sure why that would change much now..unless its for expirings perhaps...but PHX is contending so they probably want good players back not just dead contracts.

Thomas: Wasnt much of a market for him either..most rumors while on Sac linked him to Boston. They might have interest and could make something work with Thornton as a big expiring while also being a very productive and great shooter. He could help PHX at the 2. Boston might be willing to make the deal with Thornton and one of their lesser conditional first rounders but Ainge might be more inclined to not make a major move and play his hand in the off-season. But, then again, it is Trader Danny so who knows. Thomas and Smart/Bradley would be fairly small but both Smart and Bradley are plus defenders who can guard 2's despite their size. Also, Danny likes undervalued contracts and could also play Turner with Thomas with Turner sharing PG duties and guarding 2s/3s. Either way, their defense would still suffer when Thomas gets beat off the dribble or on rotation because they don't have a shot blocker. I also wouldnt put it past Danny to not do business with PHX on this to force Dragic to get into free agency so they could get a shot at him.

You say this like that deal's on the table or Utah would accept that lol

I'm sure the Suns are trying/have been trying to move IT first before they have to move Dragic.

Meh, i get the feeling suns will come out of this situation very happy. Insider on the rockets boards said morey want dragic and could have him but phoenix wants dmo or jones. Morry wants to buy low though. Dont want to give up one of our productive bigs with dwights uncertain health. We got a lot of expiring contracts but suns dont give a fukk aboutntha5, they really want one of either dmo or jones. I hope morey doesnt give in. Couple months ago i wouldn't have though twice about giving up one of them but now it seems like too much.
