it seems to say that the top 10 most referred business per category in an area get on there. I think they should simply allow every black business to be on there, and have them rated/ranked accordingly.

no, i have no partnership with it. I just saw it on a webpage that was talking about Solange moving her money to a black bank. I thought it'd be good to spread the word on it here.
