Phone Went Crazy Need Help On What To Do

Hello brehs.

So i just got a galaxy s5 last month. I like the phone its great but one day i was snoozing my alarm on it and tried to set it down on the edge of my bed but in my grog i was really setting it down on nothingness that I thought was my bed and it plummeted onto the hard ground with the lifeproof case on.

When i picked it up it had a shytty white screen showing instead of the regular home/lock screen similar to this:

I started messing with it and it seems to be something wrong with the screen cuz while it's showing up white and i push down on random parts of the phone screen, sometimes my background and apps will pop up and i can use it for small amounts of time until the screen locks and then it won't turn back on. I went to at&t and they didn't help at all.

Do I call Samsung? I bought a warranty from at&t when i got it. I just want a replacement one because i've had this phone for no more than a month and im already dealing with this. What is the best way to go about handling this situation?

possible screen damage. go to chinatown probably get the screen replaced for 100 or may be less.

Yeah thats what i pretty much chalked it up to. I called samsung and a rep told me they'd repair it for free as long as there was no physical damage but i think there may be some from the drop. Gonna take 2 days to send to them + 5-7 days for evaluation + 2 more days to ship it back to me :mjcry: i hope they dont try to tell me there was actually physical damage and send me the bill anyway.

I got got with that bullshyt 'lifeproof' case. :camby: with that false advertised shyt

Are you sure that an S5? Looks like a lower end Samsung.
