I'm not a picky dude, ill eat anything. I knw the basics of cooking though I like to keep it simple because I hate doing a bunch of dishes and all that
I know you're white, but you will need some seasoning

Start off with some salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Boneless skinless chicken breast.
Cucumbers.
Tomatoes.
Lettuce(Iceberg and romaine).
Bell peppers.
Mushrooms.
Eggs.
Onions.
I don't eat red meat but steak is pretty easy to cook.
Bananas, Apples, Oranges, Grapes or whatever fruit you prefer.
Oatmeal.
Asparagus is easy to cook as well.
As a single breh who hates cooking/cleaning these have kept me well fed over the years.
