So yeah, I've been personal training lately and one of the first people to help me learn about training was my roommate.
Homie is trying to get back into fighting form. I got him off buying 2L soda bottles and only drinking small drinks at resturants. Limiting him to one cup per trip.
I also got his ass working out again:
I jumped in on the fun and got sweaty, too...
Anyone else train people? What are some good ways to help trainees stay motivated so they don't quit in the middle of their sets?
