Tried to get into the first one but it’s too confusing and the loading was annoying the hell out of me. Really wanted to like it cause it’s obsidian.
reviewers are saying this one is more 'accessible'
I'd hope so because the first one had a ridiculous amount of reading, not enough of an intro to the lore and the combat was tough as nails without any real explanation of how it worked. Played like 4 to 5 hours and wanted to like it and ended up throwing it in the bushes

I figured as much, will give a try on a sale.
It’s gonna be the same thing, this style of game always has a bunch of reading. I don’t mind reading but it’s gotta be paced properly with gameplay.
I'll be picking this up tomorrow most likely.
Yeah....I haven't finished an ISO since...shyt since I dunno. If I get this, itll be after I dig into Divinity 2...which may never happen.

Its kinda like where Dragon Age 3 ported in all your decisions on the world. Its pretty impactful apparently - I wouldn't know since I didn't play the first
I wanted to make a hybrid class but I was shook. After I knock this first run out I'll go back and play the first when its super cheap then come at this one with the real hardmode intensity when I actually understand what's at stake. This game is DEEP so far though
and the quality and polish of everything is so apparent. This year has been off to such a great start. MHW, Battletech, Dad of Boy, now this?

So i'm 15 hours into the game and it's 
Great character creator that goes beyond just picking your appearance and class. I love the Pirates of the Carribean setting and the all black everything.
I never finished the first game, so there are certain parts of the plot i don't get. Great to see some recurring characters tho.
If the game keeps up the steam it'll be a contender for my GOTY

im just now realizing you can use paladin shyt on ranged builds and go pure DPS
i'm a fool
really might just start over but the build i got is so damned godlike its stupid im just making shyt work with ingenuity and tenacity
the party members you can find are astounding
let me find out i gave a whole genre of rpgs a raw deal all my life im such a fukking failure
