You're responding with emotion but not thinking logically.

You cannot prove that any of these things are taking place in the video. You see a girl crying profusely (which is unsettling to any human being) so your mind automatically assumes that something horrible is happening in the video. But if you separate out the emotion you'll see that there's simply not enough context to draw any conclusion.

The video simply doesn't have enough context.

You think that if she showed up in a court room point the finger at dude that he'd beat the case?

You think 12 jurors a Judge and a Prosecutor are devoid of emotions?
