I always thought it was a double meaning song

Outside was metaphorical for love making to a woman her compared to the pink dollar cookies you got from the candy lady in those little sandwich baggies, him being the building

Then the underlining meaning being a diss to who he felt was his competition in the industry comparing all of them to those sweet pink cookies and him coming in and crushing the competition like a building being dropped on a bag of cookies.
