So we had a fire drill at my job yesterday. Curious timing. I'm quite sure it had something to do with this bomb situation. The first thing I thought was that we're all sitting ducks if this is not a drill and someone actually plans on bombing our building. I kid you not. I stood at my desk and waited for explosions or gun fire then proceeded to exit my office when I felt it was definitely a drill.

NEW YORK (AP) — Federal authorities have charged a New York man with building a 200-pound (90-kilogram) bomb they say he planned to detonate on Election Day on the National Mall in Washington.

Paul Rosenfeld, 56, of Tappan, was charged Wednesday with unlawfully manufacturing a destructive device and interstate transportation and receipt of an explosive.

Prosecutors said he planned to use the bomb to kill himself and blame Palestinians,
