Op is wrong because he failed to point out consistancy. You cant base relevance on who's hot at the moment. When Pitbul tried to do Reggaton and went no where with it , Nas around the same time had Streets Disciple. If this were 04 You could not say Pitpull had more relevance then Nas....lets go back even further in the mid 90's when Nas was one of the top dogs in hip hop.....There was no Pitbull......Lets fast forward to the present, Nas was just nominated at the white mans grammys for best rap album..........A nomination means acknowledgement........an acknowledgement from an academy that doesnt even favor the type of music Nas makes....thats a big thing........So Nas has been consistant in more eras then Pitbul... How can someone who's hot at the moment be more relevant then someone who has had more akcnowledgement in more eras? Thats like saying Katy Perry is more relevant then Whitney Houston.
