not really they're not. can't tell you how many pits that have been stolen or homes broken into where the pit was a guard dog. the doberman or shepherd is the better guard dog.

they're not housepets, they're fighting animals. if you're into matching em then i can see how you'd love em, there's no explanation needed. but most people who own em shouldn't have em.

You see, most people treat these dogs way too simplified and not build genuine mental connection to the dog (knowing to triggers to make the dog think) so the dog isn't as efficient as nearly as one estimates it's given will. Those guys and the likes of them think they can build a dog up on some silly simple shyt bullying it and punking it around to arouse toughness.

What a load of garbage. There's definitely more efficient ways to make dogs naturally tougher than hazing at them.
Taunting dogs is really bad psychology. As a real nikka I couldn't do it but I know why it's done.
Not the way to go but when it's not my dog I unfortunately don't get a say!
