why do you cats always think its about white people?

How can successful blacks talk about how to get ahead when people dont want to hear anything other than "its the white mans fault"?

If you read just about any writings coming out of the civil rights era....or books written by successful black folks...they talk about how we need to focus on bettering ourselves.
In today's climate black people cant say that w/o getting labeled a "c00n".

You know the answer to this question. If you don't have any excuses you are probably like what you say you aren't which is lazy, content, a no getter, etc. Some people regardless of race love to have excuses so they can put it on somebody else instead of themselves. Then like you said it makes it no better when cats talk about getting ahead but you have to say it nice, blame the white man only, and any other thing to dismiss points.
