There's 3 defenders around him and he slows down drops his knees and turns his hips like hes sliding. A 5 year old could come to a reasonable conclusion that he was faking a slide there. Rule would not be hard to interpret and would be used once or twice every decade at best. Nobody does it right now but by banning it you stop it immediately before someone else tries it and gets there head taken off

No one is mad about a "juke". It has to do with QB's being protected when they slide, and him clearly acting like he's going to slide because he knows a defender won't hit him, and then stays on his feet and scores a TD. He's lucky he didn't tear something pulling that crap.

If he tries that again, I won't feel bad if he gets his jaw broken..

The quarterback gets protections nobody else gets. The defenders peeled off cuz he was pretending to slide you can't have it both ways either the QB is protected on slides or he's just another player out there that can be tackled. A wide receiver, tight end or running back could never do that cuz the defenders are going for the tackle the whole way
