damn, his lawyer sucked. last time i was in community service we just drove around the BX for a few hours and stood around smoking cigarettes. i wouldnt call it fun, but it was so easy and i met so many graffiti writers and drug dealers that it was almost fun. i did like 2 hours of work in a whole week, yet this poor brother has to do 200 full hours

I would have just handed the cop the iced tea and once he saw that it was iced tea I would have used the video to file a complaint. How many times do we see that no matter if the police is in the wrong, just do what they tell you to do then handle it through the courts later.

this was fukked up, but not surprising. a white girl in virginia had a similar situation with some canned water (yes, water in a can) where some cops arrested her for resisting arrest when they tried to bag her for having alcohol while underage. as you can imagine, the story of the blond white girl got a lot more play on the news
