Planning a Trip to Egypt this July. Any tips?

Probably going to be a seven day trip. Here is my Itinerary so far.

1. Stay in Cairo for 3 Days
2. Fly to Luxor and stay 2 Days
3. Taxi to Aswan and stay 2 Days
4. Catch a tour to Abu Simbel for half a day and go back to Aswan
5. Fly back to Cairo and Fly back home.

Tips are appreciated.

Breh, there's this place there called Chicken Tikka. It's kind of a chain restaurant but they have theeeee fuuuuucking beeeeeeessssssttttt chicken on the goddamn earth there breh....

Apparently on tours, the guides will largely only take tourists to latter dynasty areas but if you know your stuff can request the different routes they avoid.

Yes, it's hot so dress lightly, and the flies there especially around the animals are huge.

That's one of the things I'm dreading. But Egypt has always been on my bucket list.

the heat isn't just hot, it's unholy, and bring insect repellent. Plus avoid wearing anything that looks expensive...and get ready to negotiate for everything.

It's worth it tho..if you have the time and money to do it...go for it.

Egypt is legit breh. But I haven't been since like '08.
See the pyramids (they in the middle of the city yo!)
There's several nice museums too.
Night life not bad. Lots of places open, chill wit the locals watch the World Cup and eat some shawarma. Smoke hookah right at your table and chill.
Depends what you wanna do.
There's also some legit boat yours, etc.
