Got my MBA last year now it's time to transition away from the corporate gig and get into consulting..

Next year...build a business/event locally to generate side income

Next 5 years be able to fully transition away from the corporate job and work for myself...

I've grinded in my 20s...it's time to build in my 30s

Start law school
Use some of my loan money to buy into a property
Get into more properties
Finish law school (preferably top 5% but within top 25%)
Have an offer lined up
Pass the bar
Start practicing law.
Continue to invest and build wealth.

That's within 5 years.

Finish grad school and start making those big bucks. Maybe PhD.

Get my own home and setup my own home theatre.

Make sure my parents are taken care of

Leave Miami.

Get a new coupe.

That's it.
