I'm not hostile to ugly girls but they never become my friends. Maybe because it's like when you first meet someone as a man you aren't entirely sure what that girl will become. I guess I keep my options open.

For it to work depends on a lot of variables. The most critical factor to success is that all parties involved have to initially not be physically attracted to one another and be mature/emotionally stable enough that the neither individual is susceptible to having moments of weakness and cross the line by connecting on an intimate emotional level - especially if one of them is going through a time of need due to S/O relationship issues or just general life adversity.

People got varying definitions on what a friend is. To me, someone you kick it with at the movies, play xbox live with, go out to eat with ain't necessarily my friend. More of an acquaintance.

Im not telling them all my business and I'd likely not be offering them a place to crash if needed. Now a friend gets these benefits.

But I do keep my circle relatively small as it is.

i've had "females friends" try to ruin my relationships and call my girl insecure for feeling some type of way when she realized what they were doing. at first i thought the same thing and blamed my girl but once they realize your girl come before them that's when their true colors come out.
