Have to say the project is growing on me faster than wlr did. Pop out, opm babi(adhd song of the year), like weezy, pop, crank and mojo jojo being the standouts to me.

This album reminds me of a jay z interview about how they're are those who innovators and those that take that innovation to the next level and that's what I think carti is, the innovator that throws ideas out for other artists to expand on. Just like wlr influenced the genre i feel like this will too.

This album is better than wlr it’s got more replay value like Carti got a bangers on I am music and it’s more digestible. Die lit is still his best album though.

Meh..WLR flows better than IAM & the lows are more noticeable on IAM.

Both albums sound like “one long song” but WLR does a better job.

Radar, We Need All Vibes, couple other songs, they sound out of place. Best songs on both albums all on WLR.

New Neon, Jumpoutthehouse, Stop Breathing, Vamp Anthem, Sky, Feel like Dying, On That Time, all stand out sonically much more than IAM.

And WLR is better lyrically as well.

Lol you doing way too much.

WLR is Carti's most influential album but it is probably batting 3rd to Die Lit and IAM in terms of actual quality. Carti gave something for each type of Carti fan on here from each of his eras. This album has more mainstream appeal with stuff like Fine shyt, Rather Lie, Backdoor, Rather Lie, etc.

We Need All the Vibes sounds of place, sure, but so does a few songs on the backend of WLR.

Evil Jordan, HBA, Like Weezy, Charge dem Hoez, Opium Baby, Cocaine Noise, Crank all can easily stand up to your list.

Album been on repeat two weeks straight

Dead ass there’s about 25-30 bangers out of the 34 (deluxe edition). Carti really fed us :mjcry:

Songs that I didn’t like off first listen have become some of my favs (Olympian, OPM Babi, Overly, FOMDJ, 2024)

Like Wheezy my new favorite though :wow:
