For the past year, I hopped off the iPhone bandwagon and I've been using my work Blackberry and a tired ass mini Samsung Galaxy as my primary phones. I was tired of feeling the pressure to shell out nearly 1k$ year in and year out to update a phone I barely use since I have an iPad and MBP as well. I wasn't about the android life but the phones served their purpose.

Anyway, I finally broke down this weekend and placed an order for an iPhone 6 - paying FULL price for an unlocked phone. So imagine my horror and dismay when I learned that the iPhone 7 is coming out in a few months! :damn:

I'm trying to get this order cancelled immediately! The phone has yet to be shipped (since there's a back order) but it's due to arrive early next week. :to:

This is the last time I'm going to be played by Apple. The joy of owning a new Apple gadget never lasts very long because that shyt will be old news within a year. :beli:

There's no pressure to always have the newest iPhone, every 2(or 3) years is perfectly fine.

Also, for someone spends 1k/year on iPhones.. you should have known that Apple releases new iPhones every fall. Don't blame Apple for you not paying attention.

idgaf what people think about me, i still rock an iphone 5 and I love it. It's small as fukk and i've dropped it seriously about 50 times. I've dropped it on weights, tile, down stairs. The phone is a beast.

Also if you spend so much money on mobile devices or whatever why not pay attention to the timing of apples massive fukking conferences when they always drop new shyt

Listen, we all have our vices and weaknesses. :stopitslime: Apple just happens to be mine.

Ironically, I never feel victim to teenage peer pressure.

And let's keep it 100, 60% of the motivation/incentive of having the newest apple product is to put it in people faces.
