You receive said guarantees.
Your services are the product the company sells.

Option B

You fail to go to college.
Mom makes you look for a job.
You aren't qualified for normal work.
Start applying at retail jobs.
Get hired at Kohl's stocking shelves.
No Union, No representation.
No employment contract.
You receive no guarantees.
Your services are an indistinguishable piece of the companies product.

Your only guarantee is that being in Option B makes you unable to understand the nature of being an Option A.
