Comparing older teams to modern teams just isn't fair and is apples to oranges because of the frequency of the 3 point shot.

The 2001 Sixers made three 3s a game....The 2016 Raptors are making almost 9. On a team that struggled to score how do they even make up that difference and that's without accounting for anything else. If you were to put the 2016 Raptors back in 2001 they'd have the best offense in the league.

The Sixers barely beat the Bucks with the help of the refs.

Honest opinion, I think Iverson and Lowry cancel each other out.......and the Sixers have absolutely nothing for Derozan.

I agree with the thread premise. This team has real issues from a chemistry standpoint and LeBron does not want to lose in the Finals again.

Is Iverson going to stop Lowry from scoring? Is he going to stop him from distributing and setting up teammates? One's overall impact goes far beyond simply scoring.

It's not a given that A.I is going to have a game where he drops 50. He's not the most efficient scorer you know. Taking an avg scoring game from Iverson, yes Lowry can match that in terms of impact on the offensive & defensive end.

I disagree. Lebron came back to Cleveland promising a ring. Going back on that or not delivering directly effects his LEGACY. Low IQ as opposed to an era where guys just isolated all game and half the time were taking jumpers so far out that their heel was on the 3 point line and on occasion passing up corner 3's to take a dribble in and shoot a 20 footer? No defense when every metric used to vague a defense shows that modern defenses are better?
