at one point...
It ain't

The Xbox argument is the Sony fans made thi game out to be some game changer that woud do serious numbers and the main reason to buy a ps4

While sony fans will say how they never said any of that and how it is a good looking niche shooter that did reasonable numbers

You. can make your own mind up who is right the threads are still here

No one with a fully functioning brain was expecting KZ or any launch title exclusives to outperform the big 3rd party franchises. KZ has done extremely well here and will more than likely be the most successful next gen exclusive.

The sales numbers kind of makes sense. The Call of Duty series blew up first. They have the marketing and advertisements in their favor.

I don't really play shooters, but from watching the commercials and hearing people name drop it, Call of Duty can come across as the most "interesting game in the world" to an outsider, or causal gamer. I mean over the years while watching commercials and reading blogs you see the explosions, cool looking weapons and uniforms, historical buildings on fire, loud Eminem tracks, celebs in commercials, controversial opening scenes, nukes being dropped, etc. This draws a lot of interest and buzz (especially from children and casuals).

Even when I see a Battlefield commercial on TV, at first glance I assume it is Call of Duty.

Halo at it's worst is light years better than Killzone. I'm not debating this either. Once the pretty gfx wears off....then what? The game sold 350,000+ on a new console...that tells u how many ppl really care for it.
Is this a realistic post? Game drops in the midst of new COD, BF and 2k and has a nearly .5 attach rate and your calling that a loss? Can't wait for these XB1 numbers to drop, its gonna be over before it started.

Nah, COD's commercial showing destruction and buildings collapsing like the game is all about that now. The COD commercial is acting like it's BF4. The scale of the game they were showing in the COD commercial is every multiplayer match in BF4

Looks like gaming sales trends continue in the same direction they have been the last couple of years. COD reigns supreme.
