PlayStations Xbox Game Pass rival reportedly in the works

We’re finally at a point where xbots are pretending ps5 games don’t exist now.

Titan asked what games you guys were playing a few pages ago & didn't get an answer. Feel free to enlighten us. If the games exist, then the threads discussing them certainly don't.

Simply because there isn't anything, and anything they were playing is literally 6 months old at this point, so they deflect to well at least we have "something" next gen while playing there backlog of older games


Once Returnal and ratchet drop you wont hear the end of how they have a "next gen game" to play

Sony literally has done nothing but take options away, increased prices, made it difficult to work with and around there hardware (expandable hard drive space) have a basic and limited backwards compatibly solution and now is only interested in gamepass like service because microsoft is showing the value in it.

Taken options away yet, they are still putting out games. Not only is 90% currently available on xbox one-xbox series available on ps5 but we have our own award winning games on top of it, so i don’t think we’re lacking in options.

And PlayStation came out with a “gamepass-like” service before microsoft did.

Once again, Microsoft hasn’t released a game this year, so his argument of playing ps5 games and not having new games to play on xbox makes sense. There’s not even release dates for any upcoming xbox games thats how bad its gotten

You can pretend they don’t exist and excuse it by saying they are remakes, or short, or bad games.

But they are still games, and people love them

But for free aka my same old rent prices, I also have options from leasing, to a smaller house or the big dog... but they all come with the "benefits" of renting instead of taking options away.

Since @Gizmo_Duck can't answer this question there are 3 currently out now. 2 up until feb, and of those 3, two are freebies given away, and 1 is a demo...

I don't really harp on it but lately Sony stans want to act like there are plenty of games to play on PS5 that are exclusives compared to Xbox which just isn't true. Yes they have 3 with only 1 being a full fledged game....

So stan's can say "they have a next gen game"..... But How am I getting a better next gen experience out of a system with no actual next gen games that one that actually has one? That's what sony stans SHOULD be asking themselves.

But whatever, at least in a couple of weeks you can say you have 2 next gen titles to justify your playstation 5 purchase.

I would expect xbox owners to discuss game pass. What I wouldn't expect is for the majority of the posts to be PS5 owners trying to convince xbox owners that it's trash. Every thread essentially ends up going down that same path.

I guess my question is, if you have no interest in something & genuinely think it's trash, why would you go out of your way to discuss it daily? Why not just move on?

Games only currently available on sony platforms since PS5 launch

In totality sony has released 5 first party games since the launch of this next generation console. There are two upcoming games releasing in the next two months, thats 7 games you can only play on sony consoles since the launch of the console. This isn’t even counting only the games you can play on PlayStation and PC that s not available on xbox like bugsnax, Godfall, guilty gear, the pathless. Etc

This is compared to xbox which has a total of 0 new 1st party games, 1 new timed exclusive and literally nothing else with a release date in the near future, (fall).

It’s clear sony is far ahead of teh competition at this point. We can’t pretend big games like spider-man and Demons souls don’t mean anything lol the xbox launched with no software and we’re already 5 months in, thats shameful

My PS5 purchase would be justified on Demon’s souls alone, and the fact that I get to play the best games of last gen in 60fps with no loading times.
