Your stress can be soothed by putting an effort toward change. I used to feel the same way back when I first realized how the black community is being played. The one thing that made me happy was coming up with a plan that will make a big difference. Try it. Maybe the feeling you're having is simply to alert you that it's time to step up and do something about it.
