That advice is lost here. Dudes were laughing at that man crying in his car at work. Calling him weak, lazy... Most people will never empathize with mental struggles until they actually live it. We have a long way to go to shake the stigma of "crazy" people. Most times when you have a mental illness you don't get nearly as much consideration as having a physical ailment. No days off, hard to get treatment. People think you are selfish, weak and even annoying.
Mental health issues are still highly misunderstood and thus the response to people going through it is inconsiderate on average. Time for change. When you see someone isolating themselves they usually depressed.
