It's amazing considering a member of his family criticized him/the wwe for giving him that gimmick, believing that he was ashamed of where he actually came from

Obviously a Jamaican

-Vince

:russ: What's worse is that when they switched his country from Jamaica to Ghana, they still kept his Carribean-Reggae swag music.

When I wasn't watching, I remember my little nephew marking out on Kofi...I watched a match with him on a fluke(Pumped to see him marking for a brotha) I for real was like :dahell:

"Hailing From Ghana West Africa" While mad Reggae is playing :dahell: :laff:

Having grown up as part of a Ghanaian family, myself, I can only imagine the amount of shyt he had to eat being in the wrestling biz.

If you're not a doctor or a lawyer, you might as well be a bum.

This is the article that the BBC ran awhile back about Kofi. BBC NEWS | World | Africa | Wrestling's Jamaican star - from Ghana. The final quote has me :dead:

"Why would a person who is very capable of going to graduate school decide to jettison all that for concussion in the face?":scust:

Christmas must have been WOAT for him. Sitting at the table with his parents.

"Your cousin, Gifty has two big houses in England now, O! And you're on TV jomp jompin in your underwear.:birdman:"

"When are they going to make you champion, heh? :stopitslime:"

"Let me call Mr. McMahon and find out what you can do better :martin:"

And that's before all the other relatives drop by to talk shyt too.:wow:

I can only imagine what they make of New Day, but part of me really hopes they've had one of these barber shop signs painted in their honour.
