Not vague at all, pretty simple and clear.
What do you mean by justice system, are you talking about the justice system of the US?
If you are I think its absolute joke, made only to allow those in power to punish and manipulate those they don't like or feel are potential threats to those in control of the system. It has very little to do with establishing justice and everything to do with protecting those in power and oppressing the populace while generating money.

What does any of this have to do with socialism? I don't know.
