The misuse/overuse of the word "literally" is getting on my last nerve too
Perhaps we need a separate thread for common mispronunciations but when people say "litrilly" instead of "lit-terally" it drives me nuts. Almost as bad as "bagle" instead of "bay-gul" for bagel

The most common grammatical error in the world by far is "your" instead of "You're". I have seen even journalists and highly educated people bungle this before. shyt is baffling:why:

We learned all of this in elementary school. Anyone who still makes these mistakes as an adult is just an idiot, honestly.

It's a huge turnoff for me when a woman whose first language is English makes spelling mistakes like these.
Coli nikkas turning down p*ssy over correct plural usage and conjunctions now :mjlol:

She'll still get her back blown out, don't get it twisted.

I'm just turned off by stupidity. For me, intelligence is the most attractive non-physical quality a woman can have.

.
When I first joined here, plenty of Brehs & Brehettes would use 'Women' (plural) to refer to a 'Woman' (singular)...

Had a women feeling left out 'round here.
:queen:

@idontposthereanymore and some other posters still do, it cracks me up because I’m not sure if it’s a political thing or if they legit don’t know/autocorrect.

Like I said, it is based on context.

It's a cup of water on the table
There's a cup of water on the table

These two statements about the water both have their places. Would you want to use one over the other most of the time? Maybe, but there is cause of using one over the other.

There are exceptions to existence clauses. Context is king.

In what context would that ever be correct?
