Guns are the problem and its pretty obvious. Crazy people exist in every country but those that have strict gun laws don't have these type of crimes as often. In the US there's enough guns to arm every last citizen so its pretty easy for some sociopath to get a gun when they finally snap. The frequency in these shootings is what separates the US from the rest of the world and its our lax gun laws is why it keeps happening.

specific gun stores sell them
no one under 30 can apply
no one with a criminal record can apply
no one with a medical history involving depression or consulting psychologists can apply
background checks must be strict as a motherfukker
can't keep having any random psychopath go into a kmart and come out with an arsenal big enough to commit mass murder.
